The Kingston and Frontenac Public Library presented a lecture about traditional English tea customs in the Wilson Room of the main branch on March 1st, 2014. Winnie, Eva and Maxine welcomed guests wearing recreated attire from the period 1900 to 1914. The largest women’s tea hats in fashion history were worn about 1910.
